Here (in India) Guru is as same as God...even more than God.Guru is respected by Gods.
The thing is if one really wants to appreciate and take the knowledge they are most welcome or just ignore its as simple as that!

Lovers sometimes even save the chocolate wrapper of the chocolate given by their beloved..coz its very precious to them, it means a lot to them. my guru is my lord krishna. he is my 'lord of sweetness' (and for many millions too). of course yes!, without him everything is just a bunch of zeros!
everyone can have their own 'lord of sweetness', isn't it??
