Yes it is set to Holst's Jupiter although he did re-arrange the piece of music to fit the poem not the other way around.
I had this played at my mums funeral - To all the soldiers out there she was always very proud and very appreciative of you all ( as I am ) and saw each and everyone of you as her own goodnight mum and god bless..

i love what the army has done and i love to hear the cold stream guards play because i am in the army cadets and i am in the corp of drums and i am inspired by the army bands, also i will always be very proud and appreciative of all who are or going to be in the army xxxxxx
