Danse project

This is a very symbolic dance representing the torture and slavery endured by the numerous slaves throughout history. The clip starts off by a peacefull music interupted by a loud crash bringing them back to reality. We follow the first slave through a routine, boring day of work. About half was threw the movie, the two slaves are dreaming about how life would be if they got away from their masters. This is followed by the other slave, whom is the leader of the "rebellion" who goes on the fact that they have nothing else to lose. Their only point in life is to get back to their families which they miss deptly. He is unable to combat by himself but is helped by is friend who wants the same liberty. They have no force against their masters and are killed by them for not accepting their unfair fate.

I think that WHOEVER did this has to be looked up to as the driving force behind a dance style which should be known by many more people. The great rythym and beat make it extraordinary to watch and listen to. The fact that two people could convey such a deep, rich history through dance is incredible.
