After the May 2011 Wisconsin State Senate vote to send the Voter ID law to Scott Walker to sign.

Remembering the life of our good friend voters' Rights and all the progress that he made in his life.

CJ speaks in memory of voter rights after the vote is made to disenfranchise and discourage many from voting. Debate was limited to one hour long and Fred Risser gets his microphone cut off.
