john is a better soloist, but pearl jam are slightly better, as a band, than RHCP. love 'em both though!

@ziggurini from 2004 onwards???? all his albums are fucking amazing. niandra lades, and smile are fucking genius, people might not find it as easy to listen to but if your open minded youll realize its greatness. i admit, it might take some time to get used to

anyone who hasnt heard frusciante's solo albums from 2004 onwards is missing out big time. he is a songwriter like no other. no way gossard is a better player than frusciante...mike, yes...maybe....but frusciante is a creative freak.

Probably but john is a better musician and artist. Probably that is why if that makes any sense.
