@LegendWoWMatt Yeah it's pretty wobbly! And I swear the whole viewing platform shakes too when the lift is in use.

Out of interest, is this bit of the museum lift access only? Or are there service stairs at the very least?

There are stairs available, they are at the opposite end of the viewing platform. You can see the shaft the stairs are in from about 1:30 onwards.
