  • Are there any exits to get into the forest? I would love to go into the forest. :3

  • @HoltCalifornia: You might be able to access some of the immediate surroundings by getting off Exit 190 at the rest area. There might be some hiking trails from there, but perhaps someone local might be able to give us some helpful hints.

  • Great video. Back in the day my friends and I drove through there with an 87 Plymouth Horizon. At times we couldn't get it past 20mph.

  • @eluko79: LOL! That reminds me of the time when I drove my 4 of my buddies and a huge cooler of ice and beer in my old '88 Accord (with only 98 horsepower) to Yosemite Nat'l Park from San Francisco. Going uphill, I had to floor it to 6,000 RPM's to reach 50 MPH. Needless to say, that was the last time I ever attempted to carry a full load of passengers (w/a cooler full of Corona's and Bud Light's) in that old clunker.

  • Stunning views, Brent. Really great. Good music choice too :D

  • @CptSchmidt: Awesome! Glad you enjoyed the whole video.

  • Just drove that 2 weeks ago... most amazing scenery ever...

  • Awesome! I'm from Argentina and I've crossed I-70 from Denver to Grand Junction many times. The first time was in December '08 and I was completely astonished for the views, you leave Denver and rapidly you reach Einsenhower Tunnel at more than 11,000ft with snow everywhere!

I'm a foreigner but I feel like I know that road since a long time, Denver, the Tunnel, Vail Pass, Gleenwood Canyon, the bridges over Colorado River then reach Junction and turn to Telluride

    Great video! Thanks for posting!

  • it's crazy how at in this video your elevation is higher than all the buildings in downtown Denver.

  • Did post the one with the Eisenhower Tunnel?

  • Great choice of music! It goes along the beautiful scenery very well.

  • Bought back memories of my child hood living in Denver and the beautiful mountians and the dark blue sky great video and song choice

  • I love this video, pretty beautiful mountain with snow! I want go to holiday in there :P
