The song is called "Pretty Ugly." Though for anyone saying she's ugly is ridiculous. In fact she's considered by all geeks (and non if you just look at her) to be one of the hottest women alive. TSCC especially showed people that.

Summer Glau is not traditionally pretty but she has such a fan base among fan boys who'll take just about anybody that she always gets these sci-fi parts.
