X3 TC Fight Compilation 3

Another video... the same mods (combat mod, mars).
as you can see (I hope so xD) I used some of metalvenom's methods of recording the fight (and I'm definitely not as perfect as he is xD) .
unhappily the argon ships have been much better equiped than their paranid friends so the fight didn't last very long... I think I gonna make a fourth compilation with some better equiped enimies... I'll need some music suggestions and - of course - time.

Btw, the music is out of the game itself (it's not used in the game, simply nowhere, just in the xtended mod for x3 reunion)... so don't ask me about the name... I simply don't know it :D

Two questions, if you don't mind:

-You can control an entire fleet, and not just one tiny ship?

-Can you take control of the massive ships?

@Blaber80 Yes to both of your questions. However it is kinda tricky to control a whole fleet in a bigger battle. there's a huge risks that few of your ships won't make it out alive. The AI is kinda bad in dodging incoming fire.

Most of the times you're better of flying one big ship yourself and engage on your own. That's enough for almost every situation you might encounter in this game.

Is there any combat in the space suit like person to person

@FAZER00432 you could try to tackle those enemies in your suit but... err, no. Don't try it. There is no space suit fights :/

So in X3, can you command a fleet like that and command a massive capital ship like that? Also, can you eject and float in space? I heard you could

@chriscos123 You can command a fleet like that, yeah, but it's a little difficult to get them all doing what you want them to. In X3:Terran Conflict that got a little improved. You can assign your ships to wings so it's way easier to command them efficiently.

And yeah, you can fly around in a space suit but you won't be that fast (even the slowest ships travel four times faster than you) and you are damn vulnerable since the space suit doesn't have any shields.

Great market, can build your own stations and complexes, fly capital ships, gunboats, fighters, haulers ect. You can mine, smuggle, explore, trade. There is diplomacy ect. You can even get out of your ship to repair your hull with a laser in first person and float around in space.

You can force people to give you their ship, you can have your ships on AI trade runs, exploring.

The game is crazy awsome lol Ill try to make a video showcasing its features soon.

@Blaber80 the most basic way to control your fleet is to order them defend you and it should be no problem,worked fie with me

@thamasteroneill Yes, I had to use cheats this time around. My game was broken from some script I downloaded but couldn't uninstall, so all my work over the past 6 month or so was lost. I had to do a fresh install, and so I used cheats to give myself 1 billion credits(about 2/3rds of what I had before). It still took alot of time and effort even with the money to get myself back to at least a bit of what I previously had. I think I actually did better this time, now that I have more experience

@MrSmackyWiseGuy I know but that takes time to set up (nice setup btw ive never really gotten that far in without taking a few ahem shortcuts) I was saying to get started merc jobs are a fun way to get some starting capital

@thamasteroneill I alone hold complete control over 5 sectors, and am making around 37 million an hour just from taxes. I have ownership of well over 500 ships, and engage in battles with the split armadas on a daily basis. I have around 780 million in my own wallet at the moment and quite a bit in various stations(probably another 100 million total), I just have freighters running around my systems picking up salvage crates that I sell at my trading stations for lowest price in the universe.

@MrSmackyWiseGuy the TC merc system is broken you can get tons of money flying around doing merc jobs the reward prices will skyrocket after you do a few or your combat rank goes up (not sure which) all you need is a m6 or higher a jumpdrive and some skill in killing carracks etc and you can make millions in minutes
