Living with lupus, dvt and pulmonary embolism. Diagnosed with Lupus April 2008 and exactly 1 year ago June 23, 2009 ended up being rushed to ER and admitted to ICU, couldnt breathe, diagnosed with pulmonary embolism. Everyday is a struggle but every minute you breathe is a lifetime of enjoyment. Stay Healthy Be Wealthy...Live long and prosper. Never let depression or stress get in the way of your Life...cause if not it might be your last call. Prayer and faith can give you strength to overcome even the impossible. Lupus is an unpredictable autoimmune disease and still there is no cure. Pulmonary embolism causes more deaths in america than aids and breast cancer combined. even healthy people can get it. Stay educated about your health and have at least 2-3 check ups per year with your doctors. Some one you know has Lupus

  • I feel for you. You should join our group on facebook. It is called pulmonary embolism awareness. Have you had your homocysteine level checked. I live in New Orleans and go to a bleeding and clotting disorder clinic. I don't have lupus but I have MTHFR and Factor XII with hyperplatelet function. I've had 13 PE's, 11 strokes, 100's of TIA's among other things. God Bless you. Lupus is catogorized in bleeding and clotting disorder groups. My prayers are with you.

  • I am listening to you and you are telling my story almost exactly! I had my PE in 2009 and just got diagnosed with Lupus this year. Thank you for this video as I felt so alone in this.

  • What a powerful testimony. I feel ya brother..Find that one scripture and meditate on it. Replace all those scary thoughts with a Psalm. Thanks for opening your heart and sharing. I can tell its still difficult so I'll be praying for you

  • Wow. Eddie. Thank you for sharing. My thoughts and prayers are with you always. Stay strong. Keep smiling. And thanks for educating us. God bless you.
