It's all about soul and feel, and it's a shame you lack the ability to feel it, because this here is sheer beauty.
And not all jazz is theoretical gobledygook, most jazz has a head, a bridge, and a chorus. A form, complete with hooks you can remember, sing, and dance to.
For 40 years jazz was the only popular form of music, and you can bet your grandma's tombstone there's a reason why.

I keep try'in but I just don't get it. Can't sing to it. Can't dance to it. Can't remember it. No hook. No riff. No chorus. No verse. Just a lot of theoretical gobeldygook. I'm feeling sleepy.

He was, and still is incredible! Music keeps the body and soul young. He is still playing at an unbelievable level, despite his age. A true master of the guitar!
