@Leixington very long. probably 3 to 4 hours per frame.( i'm not kidding)
with a quad core.

I gotta say, this is pretty intense. My team is sticking to Blender 3D right now, and we love it and all, but my personal favorite is Houdini 3D.

How did you render out velocity data? So far my only method to get images out for velocity has been flipbooking it.

Thats the way i did it, its a flipbook sequence, rendering it may be a litte more tricky by using the velocity data to draw those color vectors.
