  • Take a stand against homophobia, the American politicians seem to have either one extreme they support versus the other supreme supported by the opposition. The grey area that is probably present doesn't seem to in fact be a part of the arguements whatsoever. No situation should be handled with a blanket rule or blanket approach as EVERY situation is different. I believe in COMPLETE equality and always will for women, men, foreigners and so o on.

  • No, they should not refuse him service.

  • nobody should refuse anybody as long as they have their pants on...

  • That just makes that restaurant owner homophobicphobic

  • I felt like standing and saluting near the end of the America part...

  • you cant refuse him service and yes im gay - but i love his name is Nancy!...Oh i mean Stacy

  • @stewey2000 Who would decide what is dangerous? A committee of scientists, psychologists, and sociologists would be nice :p

  • @durge666 yes what your saying is true, however the problem becomes who gets to decide what is offensive and stupid/dangerous? people on the far right say one thing people on the left say another. so in the end one of the costs of having free speech is letting other people have it too even if it could be dangerous I think its better than the alternative.

  • i think its totally fine, either way. If someone refused to serve a pro gay person they have the right to do that at their restaurant, however it also exposes that restaurant with having a certain viewpoint, and if they could get flak for that view they should be expecting it.
