Miss Halle Berry came to MHS after her guardian fell on some hard times. Once this beautiful, but shy, girl found a comfy resting spot in a cat tree, she pretty much spent most of her time there, shielded from public view. So we sent pretty Halle to a foster home where we were convinced she would blossom away from the noise and activity of shelter life. And we were right! Halle's foster parents report that she soon joined them on the couch for petting sessions, meowing and purring with delight, and slowly warmed up to a cat dancer toy. Halle's foster parents took some home video so people could see her charming side. Halle doesn't enjoy being picked up -- and the cat carrier may not be her favorite mode of transport -- but treat this girl like the princess she is, and you'll be rewarded with a sweet and very devoted companion.
