@LawlietKun11 It was, but sadly, you'd have to find the box set of the entire series. This season didn't air in the US, but they dubbed it for the DVD box set

@ItsFlapJack kinda but kinda not chibichibi was the starseed of a different universe of Sailor Moon and yeah and Usagi, Chibichibi, and Sailor Cosmos are not the same but chibichibi and sailor cosmos r the same

It wasn't becuase of the last few episodes. so no... there is no dubbed version. Hope that helps.

@aeleclove No not to my knowledge once it got to the sailor stars they stopped because the sailor stars were men that became woman when they transformed and the american and canadain didn't want to expose children to that.(that is from what I know)
