I have decided not to cut my hair on january 27th because it isn't as long as I would like for it to be. And as far the survey thing goes, DO IT. Especially if you need extra spending money :) Please feel free to leave comments and questions :)

I have had a few short hair cuts in the past and I didn't like them. I like it at my shoulders and that is as far as I will cut it because with shorter hair I feel weird.

I think you afraid short hair as you never use it. But short hair is more efficiency for using. You should try pixie haircut.
