Neighbor From Hell: Part 4

Frequently when we worked outside our neighbor thought it was funny to shoot at us with his pellet rifle. They would strike within 2 feet of us. My husband objected and 'neighbor' responded, "When I finally take you out, I'll use a bigger rifle." More info at neighbor-from-hell.blogspot.com.

We called the police many times for his many violations of the restraining order. We got a wide range of reactions from police. Some sympathized with us and others thought we were wasting their time.

A psychologist studied our case file against him and told us to stay away from him. He called him a "dangerous psychopath" but the judge still didn't do much. Two days on work furlough - after all those death threats. This town is a backwater.

@jburr36 Anyone who walks around with a firearm in the neighborhood is a wacko. Crazy neighbors are the main reason I don't like living in the city. I want to buy 10 acres of land in the countryside where I can have all the privacy. No more crazy neighbors for me. I'm done with them.

@Glovefullavasoline Unfortunately yes. I have a friend with a felony conviction on his record and he had to learn all this when he tried to get a bowhunting tag and a hunting license. About all he can do is get a fishing license.

Also, I had a neighbor boy get arrested for discharging a firearm in the city limits when he was shooting squirrels off a powerline with a BB rifle. He was originally charged with a felony but pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor. He was on probation until he was 18.

@Glovefullavasoline Not in Idaho.  Idaho defines a firearm as anything that can propell an object with mechanical, electronic, chemical, compressed air, or magnetic force. Look up the definition in the Idaho statutes. So by definition in Idaho a pellet rifle would be considered a firearm.

I watched some of his footage...he's a pretty good sport about it...an a hell of a B rate actor...lol...but let's assume I was driving by....I would be saying...WTF is that man doing...an if he shot's that dog I'm pull'in my car over...I'm joking...I like it!
