My would-be entry to Anime North 2009's Music Video Competition. It was disqualified because I failed to bleep out "fuck" in the line "who the fuck are you?". Understandable, but disappointing none the less.
The Challenge theme for this contest was to take a TV theme song and make a video with it. I chose CSI's theme "Who Are You" by The Who and cued it to Death Note. I wanted to demonstrate the cat-and-mouse game between Light/Kira, L, and the Police Force. Kira is trying to find out Ls name while L is investigating Kira. The fast cuts are to demonstrate the intensity of the chase. I also wanted to capture the original essence of CSIs opening credits.

Gotta agree there. It has more energy. I figured this one is more recognizable as a CSI theme song, tho.
