my record on a interceptor is like 33 seconds(it is actually like 6 seconds but it was on the first one) and it was when i met the Aston Martin One-77 the simple is to lock it so it can't go forward or backward and i did it by lock it with my car in the front and then put a spike strip behind it then it done
