During the record snowfall event that hit portions of NW Ark and SW MO and SE KS on March 20th, 2010 I decided to venture out and grab footage of the storm as well as different shots of the local road crews as they struggled to keep the highways clean. In this outtake from that day I got a head of a plow and then quickly jumped into the median of interstate film the plow as it pushed the snow off the road while it passed. As the plow approached he began to speed up and the plume of debris it was pushing off the road began to grow substantially. So much so that not only did it cover me in a wave of brine and road slush but it actually started to spray onto the apposing lanes of traffic clear across the other side of the median.
