Straddle Planche Attempt 3

Ok this is where it gets good :o) I remember this day perfectly! My gym coach likes me to show some arrogance from time to time and at a display he asked me to do a planche and I done what felt like my longest one. I didn't know how I done it so later on that day at home, I took this recording :o)

I do realise that my arms are bent a little bit here, one thing I've come to realise is keeping the arms straight is fucking hard in a planche.

Sorry for the camera being off shot a little, we had new furniture and I couldn't tell where to position myself for the camera :o(

Wish I had more comments like that, they only comments I get now are from narrow minded people leaving mostly abuse on how to improve movements or positions that were filmed over a year ago. Thanks again for the comment mate =) Train safe and love your wrists!
