more starters will win against sticky point (so let say 8 starters will push sticky point over 9th starter and so on)

All it needs is a cam assembly to move the stator being approached by the sticky spot back so the rotor can pass the gate.

its intresting but as all 0 point energieprojects it canot work, 1 could make an pertetues movent using magnets but only in vacuum using magnets to let a spinning magnet float above a ring magnet, but its more the no friction that makes the difference. without extra mecancal interverence movement will stop, if we atach a rotor or turbin it wil stop inmidiatly cause the power needed to make this move is higher the the magnets could ever give.
