Dracula 3: The Path of the Dragon Gameplay

Mgr Arno Moriani, the "devil's advocate", is carrying out a canonization process, investigating in the interwar years a potential candidate for beatification in Transylvania. His investigation is quickly wrapped up. The strange stigmata on the corpse are not the hallmark of some divine power. In fact, the villagers see it as the "mark" of Count Dracula. The bishop decides to carry out his own investigation to determine once and for all whether the vampire truly exists. But the reality is deceiving. Fiction is powerful. Doubts arise. And doubt begets fear...

It's an adventure - adventures can't be scary no matter what, cause you always stand back relaxed knowing that your character won't die, you won't have to fight and you can't screw in any way - the worst that can happen to you in an adventure is getting stuck.

I do not agree that adventure games cant be scary. Believe me Ive played most of them cause horror games are my favorite, so it takes allot to scare me. But there are games that can surprise me. Like Fatal Frame series, Silent Hill series, Ju-On Wii, SAW PC, Forbidden Siren PS2... Those are just a few games that will definitely give you the chills. Point and click horror adventure games are a different story. But try playing Exmortis for the first time and say it didn't freak you out.

I was trying to say that theres a good scary adventure game on every console not only on the PC.

I personally dont own a wii but i watched a few ju-on gameplay videos and it seemed like a decent game. Again im not comparing the games, its obvious that a wii game cant compare to a ps3, xbox or a pc game but ju-on is probably the best horror adventure game for that console. Plus im a big fan of the movie :)

I wish that the person playing would take mercy on us, and be much slower with dialogue and the investigated details! I love this, so I wish to take a moment or two to savor the game's intracate highlights! And who knows, we just might learn a thing or two.

Penumbra was not too scary - at least not in the way most people perceive "scarry". if they took out the heavy puzzle solving and the needed talking, it would be. That's what they did with Amnesia - that game is crap your pants scary. same company that made the penumbra series, they just finally got it right

I'm having a problem trying to play the game. It has a really bad flicker problem during the videos and gameplay. How do I fix it?

@kozas0 That's not true. There are adventure games you can die in. Dracula The Last Sanctuary, it was possible to be killed by monsters, if you did not interact quick enough. Plus, most horror adventure games, pull off jump scares, like Scratches, or have a moody atmosphere.

@CroProGamer the best from wii is fatal frame IV followed by resident evil arquives. I have a wii m8 and I can say that ju-on sucks, man. It looked decent from videos but when I bought it ... total waste. It's scary for kids yes... but only that.
