"hes just paying homage" no it does not work like that, stealing a verse or maybe 2 I can probably understand but you do not need to steal so damn much, Tupac didn't even like Jay-z so why would jay want to "pay homage" to someone that didn't like him? This was so stupid because every rapper pays homage to other rapper's lyrics and it's just a few lines out of several whole albums. They immediately made a Cam'Ron version showing that he "bites" like this too. You could do it with any rapper who's got alot of songs. Cam'Ron amping it up is the only thing that makes it a good diss. @1:47 makes me bust out laughing every time.

Jay z still has good songs, despite the fact that he "payed homage". And Even if you don't like him, he has signed and discovered a lot of great rappers that people love(most people).
