I used to hold on to things like that and it affected me physically and mentally...but when I learned to forgive the ppl in my life who had done the worst things...i felt free...almost as though a huge weight had been removed. The ppl who wrong you dont understand this...but when they find out u already forgave them, it makes them feel that much worse when they realize what they did...I feel you though. We must forgive as christ forgave...
