???: look! someone's on the phone.
??? 2: looks like they have a connecting wireless phone line in between each of the 3 buses.
???: nice work. (pats the person's head) it would be a shame if the lines went dead... (puts on a sly smile and holds up a pair of scissors)

*back on the phone with Nick and Kelly*

Nick: (laughing) you did what?!
Kelly: (laughing too) i was at school and i was late for class. we had uniform shoes and they were so chunky that i tripped going up the stairs. i fell and my skirt went flying up! good thing i was wearing shorts under.
Nick: wow, you're such a clutz.
Kelly: yes, but i'm your clutz. (they laugh)
Nick: hey Kelly, i..i..lo- (line goes dead) wha-what?!
Kelly: (realizes line went dead) Nick? NICK?! hmmm. must've went through a tunnel. i wonder what he was gonna tell me..
Nick: (walks back to his brothers a little depressed) hey guys...
Joe: so, how was your talk with Kelly?
Nick: pretty good. we just talked about random stuff. but right when i was gonna tell her something really important, the line went dead. weird huh?
Kevin: yeah, that is weird.
Joe: maybe we went under a tunnel?
Kevin: let me check. (goes up to ask the bus driver if they did and then comes back) hey guys, we didn't go under one...
Joe: then what happened?
Kevin: i don't know. we'll check the lines later. so Nick, what was so important you needed to tell her anyways?
Nick: why are you always up in my business?
Joe: hey dude, chill out. you know you can tell us. we probably been through it already so we can relate.
Nick: okay. (takes a deep breath) i was gonna tell her the three words every relationship is supposed to wait until you know it's the right time. and guys, i think it's the right time.
Joe: keep it spicy?
Nick: what the..huh?
Kevin: you idiot. he means i love you.
Joe: awww, i love you too, Nick!
Nick: not you, Kelly!
Kevin: are you sure about this? you guys just got back together. i think you should wait.
Nick: i guess. i'll find the perfect time.

???: nice job! you cut that wire pretty well.
??? 2: it's not that easy cutting 3 phone lines in a moving car.
???: and that's why i chose you to do the dirty work. now here's the plan. you're gonna go "accidently" bump into Demi and ask her out on a casual date. then get the dish about everything and report back to me. got it?
??? 2: i don't know. she might not even want to see me after what happened.
