Olmert faces fresh investigation over conduct - 04 May 2008

It's a domestic problem that's about as difficult as any international issue facing the Israeli prime minister and his shaky coalition government.

A fresh investigation has begun into Ehud Olmert's conduct while serving as finance minister.

And it leaves many wondering how long he will survive politically, much less to negotiate with Palestinians.
