This is the relatively new Carnival port in Roatan Honduras. Visited it in April 2010. Pretty nice port with its own beach, lots of stores, etc.....plenty of opportunity for you to part with your money. They also have a zip-line and a sky-ride (about $8 for the day)....did not try either one, though!!!

Please give musical and copyright credit to Mr. Jimmy Buffet for the song played during this video.

  • @sistewart826 - Actually, you are incorrect. 99% of all workers were Honduran. The land is owned by a Roatan family and most of the goods are Honduran. The only correct comment you make is that cruise passengers are super ignorant.

  • I agree. Get out and see the island with an independent tour. Do some online research and see the real Roatan.

  • Look how perfect it looks. no locals, perfect. food and alcohol just like you can get in the states, perfect. Carnival making 100% profit from who? oh their cruise ship patrons. I wonder who built all those perfect buildings? not people from roatan. I wonder where the items for sale in "Mahogany Bay" are made? Not in roatan. People who go on these retarded cruises and stay in the "safe" made up villages owned by the cruise ship lines (i.e. Mahogany Bay) are super ignorant. looks fun. right.
