reminding customers they have a choice of where to have their auto body repair
work completed.
The Result
First, the creation of the "Premium Choice" brand, which lets people know that despite some insurance companies claims, they are free to make up their own mind as to where they want to have their vehicle repaired. The branding of this unique service continued to position Schaller Jacobson top-of-mind in the marketplace. Then, to make the
experience of a not-so-pleasant event pleasant, the message was conveyed through the eyes, the voice and art of children. Print, television, radio and point-of-purchase have all combined to make the companys message successful and anything but ordinary.
