Deus Ex Human Revolution - Hacked 10mm Pistol

This is one of the results of taking apart and figuring out the structure of the items and inventory in the game's memory. The game doesn't check the weapon's current mod levels against their max, even when the weapon is dropped, so you can produce ridiculous effects like these.

And yes, I forgot to turn Stereo Mix on -_-
