agree with you...but in order to have only cypriots turkish must be out of cyprus... the problem of the island now are not the residents, greek and turkish cypriots but the turkish army...

I am American born but grew up in Cyprus (Greek side). I was not tought about the post 1960 pre 1974 time period in detail and I'm sure information was hidden from us in school. Something horrible must have happened and I am interesting in reaserching it my self now that I am in the US. Anyways now is the time for the issue to be resolve (wether it is with 2 states or 1 union with a fair government). Either way no genocides will occur today. Put an end to embargoes and no more borders.

Yeah right. There r no states in cyprus . There is only the rebublic of cyprus, regognised by the whole planet except turkey.

Turkey invated cyprus and killed thousants of people, occupied 32% of cyprus territory and should live the island today.

What embargo r u talking about. the only ebargo is due to tyrkey. The keep turkish cypriots in the occupied part of cyprus. All turkiscypriots in the non occupied part have every right greek cypriots have.
