YOU BETTER READ THIS, IT TELLS YOU THE STEPS DOWN HERE BECAUSE OF SMALL WORDS ON THE PICS. DON'T BLAME ME, BLAME THE SIZE OF THE PLAYER. WAIT, YOU CAN BLAME ME BECAUSE I DIDN'T SHORTEN THE PICS. I DON'T THINK FULL SCREEN WILL HELP YOU READ THE WORDS BETTER.
Update November 7, 2008: Holy s***, over 1,000 views! Thanks!
Well, since I don't want to waste any more of my disk space (I barely have any disk space on my other computer), I decided to make just pictures to have a 1:50 video instead of a HyperCam, 10:10 (Wow, 10:10!) video.
In case the video quality is bad (I'd rather have you read these steps, some of the pics will be really hard to read, or you can click on the download pics link at the bottom of description):

Today I'm going to teach you how to change your Start Menu text. As you can see, my start menu is called "tutorial." I'm going to tell you how to change yours.
You'll need: Resource Hacker, and Regedit (can be found in System32 folder).
Open Resource Hacker. It will be named ResHacker. If it isn't, it will be named Resource Hacker.
A program looking like the pic on the left will open. Click File, then Open.
Browse for your WINDOWS folder, then find "explorer." Open that.
Extract (click on the +) String Table.
Extract 37.
Click on 1033.
There will be 'start' after 578, you can change it to whatever you want.
Click Compile Script.
Save as whatever you want, but ALWAYS put .exe at the end.
Now you can close the program.
Go to Run and type in 'regedit.' Then Click OK.
A program looking like the left pic will open. Extract HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then SOFTWARE, then Microsoft, then Windows NT, then CurrentVersion, then click on Winlogon. No extracting that time!
Right-click on Shell, then click Modify.
Type in the name of your saved explorer, which should be saved in the WINDOWS folder, and put the .exe at the end. Then click OK.
WOOHOO! Last step! Close Regedit and Restart your computer. Log back on, and you got your word(s) on the Start Menu button!

NOTE: I am not responsible for anything to happen to your computer.

Okay, now the download link.
