  • @krommern

Every muscle belly has a shorter ROM into the full ROM, that's when the muscle is being activated. This way he is forcing the muscle to get filled with as much blood possible, stretching the fascia & tearing muscle fibers that allows him to grow.

This training isn't something new, it's partial reps training - most people do a set or two after their straight sets to completely finish the muscle.

There are lots of ways to train, you should go with what you respond better.

  • No ROM. Shows how steroids will make u grow no matter what.

  • when this guy won teen nationals he was in flex mag. the amount of muscle he has gained is amzing yet his waist is still tight.

  • 268 pounds means 122 kg.......huge
