If you have over 100% total mana reduction in a given school casting with it uses 0 mana. this gives me the ability to spam the most powerful spells :0

@cancersback4ever There's a lot of fun to be had and endless combinations to use in and out of combat, I'd say hacking and slashing with a sword is far more repetitive and not as awesome/beautiful as flinging bolts of energy to disintegrate your foes whilst boosting a crackling aura of magical fire/lightning etc. And who doesn't want a pet atronach?!?!? ;)

You wan't to know what is overpowered?
Soul Trap (Spell) - Sanguine Rose (Staff) - Black Star (Item) - Twin Souls (Perk)
Summon two Dremora Lord's and cast Soul Trap on the soon to be fallen; refill the staff at every chance and with the Black Star you only need one Soul Gem.
It is overpowered but still somewhat fun. You could enchant to have zero Conjuration cost as well, maybe even alteration (flesh spells).
Play on Master, and pwn.

@castlekill Which I used in this video ._. =/ I dont really like them a whole lot, they are very limited in their use, and I find you can do more dps with expert level spells.
