  • I will only marry a woman that loves Ween as much as i do.

  • @PabstBlueGibbon Not everyone who's a Ween fan has as wide a musical range and an ear that can pick up album themes and tributes and composition...which is weird. I guess it just goes to show that Ween just makes good music that people tend to like (Post Guava)

  • Here's my "guess"- it's directed by Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the guys who also direct South Park.

  • their motions at 0:16 are SO funny.

  • @dogshark9 Very well put my friend. Hard for me to put into words my love for Ween.

  • @Ridirkulous89 very true. The structures of "getting better" and "all you need is love" are very similar also. It is a rip off, but what I'm saying is that it was MEANT to be a rip off. It is supposed to sound like a "feel-good Beatles song". People have said to me before that they don't think this song belongs on the album, but I disagree wholeheartedly.

  • @dogshark9 best comment on this vid dude. :D Love Ween!!!

  • @PabstBlueGibbon actually, since you're invoking the fab four, this song is a total rip off (i mean it in a good way, i love ween) from "all you need is love": same structure (7/4 time signature in the verse, switches to common time in the chorus, guitar solo in the middle) even the chords are similar.. and the chorus to me seems like an ironic answer to the chorus of the beatles song.

  • At first, I found Ween annoying. Then I listened. Now they are (by far) my favourite musical artists working today. Do they impregnate their music with addictive substances? Or are they just talented beyond all competition? Most other bands now seem like bland, superficial caricatures to me in comparison. Take care of yourself, Gener! We need you!

  • This album was meant to be a Beatles tribute (thus the name. a combination of the two best Beatles albums). This song sounds EXACTLY like the Beatle's "Getting Better". Listen closely. So even if you think this song sucks, it has a major place in the album.
