  • Talking about Korean power, did you know South-Koreans are currently the most hardworking people in the world averaging about 6 hours of work everyday? And I read from an article that she herself said that she had maintained a 14 hour practice schedule for seven years until the Leventritt Competition. Imagine the amount of dedication she has put in to playing the violin. *Phew*

  • Korean power of Music. Oh my god! Chung family.

  • wow I wish myung whun chung had played more piano too.... because he's absolutely amazing in this clip...

  • Myung Whun is absolutely fantastic on the piano. The whole thing is incredible. It is like one of those "jam sessions" with Barenboim, De Pre and Zucherman (who sahred the prize with Kung Wha). Every one of these three are prodigious talents.

  • How amazing to have 3 (even 4 with the flautist) world class musicians in one family! It's interesting that Kyung's technique where her wrist would extend back when using3rd and 4th fingers (notice at 1:52) - it's something I've been working on altering to a more normal relaxed position. It appears she may have changed that later. I love watching her play.

  • beautiful in every way. lol

  • what their nationality is not important.

important is their affection for music and their mom`s dedication for education.

  • i think it was around 1st lunar landing of man....

  • true

  • Their styles blend together so well. They make good chamber musicians.I especially like thir light and cheerful approach to the work. So unexaggerated and natural.

  • I haven't heard such vibrant interprtation from beethoven for a long time. This one sure is good!
