"Acid Tracks" in 5 mins

A quick cover of Phuture's Acid Tracks. The original was around 120bpm and used a TR-707 . This quick cover is at 138bpm uses a highly modifed TR-606. I think my pattern is close but possibly missing an accent ;-)

set up an 8 steps pattern for pitch mode set these steps C# set down octave C# set up octave C# set down octave A# A set up octave / slide on A C# set down octave / accent on A# accent on time mode is all sixteenths (transpose down key) that's it, happy acid :-)

Hey phono1337, I just had a mess about with that pattern in TechnoBox and think I may have sussed it, try this: 8 step pattern A - up - accent on - slide C# - down - accent on A# - accent on C - down - slide C# - down C# - up - accent on - slide C# - down - accent on A# - accent on Tuning down - resonance fully up - accent and decay set at 1 o clock Sounds like the original tweaks in saw and square wave:)

Idk how much you payed for your setup man, but theres an app for ipod that is a production program giving you emulation of the 303, 909 and other classic sounds check it out
