I was looking around on the internet and found a website for the Gay Christian Network. I recorded this video just to shed some light on this network as well as other individuals who share the same views. I dont hate homosexuals. I dislike the lifestyle they choose to have.

  • matthews chapter 19....vs 11-12...u need to kno your bible a lil bit better..and ur history. Christianity isnt even a "black thing" its a "white thing" wen african americans came to america they were ripped of there language, and religon...

  • @TheRicierobinson .....who was saying anything abt black or white........I know the bible. I think many people translate the bible to fit their wants and needs and reject any interpretation or view that says otherwise

  • Gay christians come from a variety of religious backgrounds. Want to understand us... try listening to some videos about what we believe. Let God open your heart. For example, you probably think there are only two genders... male and female; xy and xx chromosome people and there are 30+ variations. If you start with God nit some people in the womb to not meet the gender rules most people think of... maybe you can understand some day that gay is not an action first, it is a state of being.

  • @QueerAsFaith I do want to understand you all but at the same time I know what is truth. The proff is in the Bible, which is God breathed. God created Adam(male) and Eve(female). In created these only two genders he made it so that they could mate and reproduce. I believe that homosexuality is a spirit and that spirit can be cast out. Gospel Singer Donnie McClurkin is a perfect example of that. No one was born homosexual and even if they were, the Bible says that you must be born again.

  • people will lie to their own self to take the path that is easier...

"they will collect unto themselves teachers according to their own tastes and desires..." (new testament)

"..some men unashamedly showing passions for each other...[SIN].." (paul letter, somewhere,

paraphrased from my memory. and no, i don't memorize verses)

the early church certainly didn't accept homosexuality as okay. "..keeping one self pure from the world, and helping orphans and needy is true religion".

  • A traditional church I belong to recognises that some people do have deep seated feelings and attractions for the same sex, but that God can provide help and grace.

prayer, fasting, good deeds, doing the right thing in life etc...are sources of healing. one should open their heart to God, and the Great Friend will assist.

So don't worry about your feelings emotions, that is not important.

  • It's Adam and Eve, and not Adam and Steve. Don't complicate things, just accept the truth in a simple way.

    more verses:

some men are shamefully full of passion for each other...(regarding homosexuals, new testament, Paul letter, find it yourself)

Leviticus: 2 men together is an abomination...

    (paraphrased verses from the scriptures)

  • "God is bigger than me, us and this book and I just continue to see a trail of dead that lay behind because people have created this book as an idol often, or misread it or don't realize the history behind it, and are doing everything they can to keep some sort of sacred traditions build around it that destroy and hurt people." Jay Baker

  • I am sorry but you need to actually read the Bible from cover to cover. You quoted one verse out of Leviticus. Do you know who Leviticus was written for? It was written for the children of Isreal. Who might that be? The Jews. And I am sure it would shock you if you read further in Leviticus and saw what other things were said in there. I would encourage you to listen to some of the pod cast from Jay Baker. He is the son of Jim and Tammy Baker. Here is a quote.

  • I think there should be a state referendum to repeal interracial marriage. I don't care what they do behind closed doors but don't force it down my throat in public.

  • @dewman777 wow i cant spell on my kindle.

  • this poor girl is the typical american churchgoer. they are told what the bible says insread of knowing for themself. if her heart was truly open to hear god she wouldnt approach this the way she did. the bible called them pharisees. religion is about law. jesus is about grace.

  • I don't hate black people.

I dislike the lifestyle they choose to have.
