  • Wow how did you guess what song it was going to be before it played? I must know the secret lol

  • @texasnewborn Haha - well he said he was going to jam... it was either going to be that or Voodoo Chile, so just a feeling I guess! :)

  • There goes the "Bitch Whistle" ;)

  • @lllzehcnaslll Word!

  • @CoIeMusic

i'm the same way with his tone, playing style, and choice of guitar.

  • @socalprincess That's not the reason at all. It's because he only uses that ES-335 for Ain't no Sunshine and Crossroads.

  • i know too much about john, if i see a picture of him i know exactly what year and roughly the month it was taken in, is this weird? lol

  • John is so high

  • I would've guessed this song too... I feel that if he were going to play Voodoo chile, or something else Hendrixy, he'd play on his strat, not the 335.... great video!

  • John Mayer is the greatest guitarist of all time. I'm a proud heterosexual male by the way. Secure in my manhood. He freakin' owns the guitar. Hendrix gets credit for being innovative in 1967, but Mayer has passed him technically speaking. And don't even mention Clapton. Mayer is 5 to 7 times better than Clapton. He's freakin' sick. Good video BTW.

  • He did it better at Crossroads. In fact, at Crossroads he laid down a top 5 all time performance, ever, including Hendrix.
