Thanks for this video, I've been looking for the correct method and ingredients for a year now. Wish I knew about this baking school earlier or I would have attended this summer when I was back in HK, I hope they still have the course next summer. @cutesymolly Thank you so much, I am sure the workshop will have this "Panda" class when you come back next summer, is really really popular. I am attending the mid section of that day and it also have a morning and night section. LoL, see...o.O so many people love about this receipe. ^^
