102nd NAACP National Convention held in Los Angeles- Journalist Jeff Johnson leads a panel discussing media, and its effects on younger generations. Chloe Hilliard, Robert Baker and Alisha Cowan-Vieira help shed light on subjects often ignored by mainstream media. All three panelists come from a writer's background. They each help shape the way minorities are viewed in mainstream media. They also provide a voice for the voiceless. In this video Robert Baker Urges young people to be more aware of the things going on in society via reading the newspaper.
