Ottawa Police breaking by laws and traffic laws

Ottawa, Ontario, Canada

Couple cops too lazy to follow by-laws and traffic laws while on break.
By essentially blocking off a turning lane, they force all other drivers to commit traffic infractions in order to complete their left turn. They claim to be ''observing traffic'' yet there isn't any traffic to be seen from their vantage point (not counting those sitting on tables).

The complainant was defied by the agent receiving the complaint to ''do whatever you want with it''.

Consider it done!

@kokuryukia You are 100% correct, but your missing the point! do you not agree that these officers should ACT and behave differently ?? perhaps clarifying the exact idealism that you have yourself instead of acting as if they are "ABOVE THE LAW" ! part of their role as officers is to MAINTAIN dignity and GAIN respect of civilians. If they arent prepared to deal with confrontations concerning their actions or feel they dont HAVE to.. then should NOT be in law enforcement.

i have came to the conclusion that the cops are untouchable and thats it, they broke my phone downtown and threatened me. they should hAVE BEEN CHARGED. I KNOW IF IT WAS ME I WOULD BE IN JAIL VERY FAST
