Really? Someone disliked this??
-
good pianist...good actor...also good comedian...what else?
-
Just goes to show: Victor was absolutely amazing. Of course, seeing how he had to dash out of the screen to go around the puppeteers, there was likely more room for him to work with than we are aware.

Who ever disliked this, I hate you and your parents hated you too...

@tsurugikage I know how Rowlf worked, that's not the problem. What I can't work out is what sort of support Borge had under his feet, given that Rowlf and he kept moving around each other.
-
sorry my bad they were both behind rolf's body.
-
@MaskedMan66 when when rolf played the piano there were 2 people one behind the seat controling the body and the head, and one under the piano controling the hands and where they pressed, and he also had to press the pedals.
-
This routine was intricate enough when Borge did it with an ordinary person; however did he do it with two Muppeteers in a hole underneath him?
-
What a wonderful interpration of a classic, by one of the most brilliant pianists of our time.
The guy wasn't bad either.

love it
I'm amazed to see Victor Borge do this routine with a Muppet. It's really good!
