Robbie Bolger, Drift Team, Australia at the Red Bull World Drift Series in Long Beach California,USA, 15th/16th November 2008.Here he is driving a Braille Battery.com Borrowed 350z car for the event rather then driving his own 1000bhp Monaro.

Robbie Bolger, the 2007 Australian Drifting Champion was invited to compete in the 2008 Red Bull Drifting World Championships. This invitiation only event pits the Worlds best drivers against each other in a head-to-head combat drifting battle to determine the best drifting competitor for 2008.

Organized by the Formula D Series in the US, this event took place on a Drift track in Long Beach, California November 15th & 16th 2008.

Robbie Bolger drove the vehicle normally occupied by Blake Fuller, a top Formula D USA driver and Podium winner in the 2007 NOPI Drift Championship. The vehicle is powered by a Vortech Supercharged Nissan 3.5 Liter VQ Motor, putting out over 450 horsepower.

Originally from Co.Meath in Ireland, and now living in Brisbane Australia, his current sponsors while drifting in Australia, include Holden, Castrol, CAPA, VIP Petfoods, Xtreme Clutch, Dunlop Tyres, Bilstein, Modena Engineering.
