I agree about p90x been hardcore and for advanced athletes, but you can always try any of the other workout programs that beachbody offers, somthing that is more focused towards cardio, i mean you gotta start somewhere.? for me gym memberships have always been a waste of money, cuz i kno myself and i can always find an excuse to not go LOL~ vs. the homeworkouts sooner or later i do them when im commited~

really miss your videos!! oh and that alcachofa tastes really bad LOL~

@RunRoseRun Actually no i did weight watchers meeting and i only when 2 times but i have thought about not sure of the money cause it is a little pricey.

Just some information about P90X vs home gym machines...I bought the P90X system and it's very advanced! I found it hard to get a good workout in because it was so above my capabilities even when I tried to modify. I prefer home gym equipment and David and I are going to be getting our first, a universal weight station , soon. My thoughts are that P90X would be great later on when I'm in better shape, it's really for advanced athletes. Thanks so much for your video sweetie!! :)
