i waited the whole god damn symphony to see what kind of applause they would get, and they cut me off right before it starts!

blast! kubrick, why couldn't you have used this masterpiece in 2001??

For Christ sake, I can´t hear anything¡

@sherbetheadmusic I now have to find someone to compose a Star Wars version of this. We need movements for Alderaan, Naboo, Kashyyyk, Hoth, Endor, Tatooine, and maybe Coruscant

Such a great pity that the women's chorus is out of tune in this. The other movements by this orchestra under Ozawa are superb.
-
Good thing Holst didn't write a "Pluto" piece. They'd have to drop it from the score.

This is the one that helps me sleep.

To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour.

Stupid Holst. I wanted to sleep. Now I'm going to be listening to The Planets for god knows how long instead.
