Slam valve motor mark 1 live steam demo with grid tied generator

This is a demonstration of the the modified Harbor Freight Air Compressor converted into a Steam Engine. The system uses an induction motor to feed power on the line and runs the power meter backwards when it produces power. The demo shows the power meter moving toward the right when the induction motor is consuming power. When the induction motor is turned by the steam engine, it produces power and runs the power meter backwards by putting power back on the grid. The grid tied system is cheaper than a standard solar cell system because it does not need a costly voltage inverter. The induction motor does the voltage conversion cheaply and efficiently. The Slam Valve Motor configuration is better than the Steam turbine system because cost much less and is far more reliable for the 5kw to 10kw range.
