@blahtakethat Okay , I don't know what you used to record your video , but I have found that selecting :

Preset : Custom

File format : AVI

Resolution : 1280 x 720 - HD 720p or 854 x 480 -YouTube HQ

Frame Rate : 25.00 [Standard]

Works really well - Hope this helps
