ice fist glitch in castlevania: harmony of dissonance

i found this one myself. i do not know if i was the first one to discover it, but at least i found it myself :)
oh yeah, sorry i didn't show the map, but this location should be pretty familiar for anyone who has played the game ;)

I found your method far easier to perform.

Does your method work on the Castlevania Double Pack version, also?

@nosamename8085 I haven't tried it myself, but I don't see why it shouldn't. Correct me if I'm wrong, but there weren't any major changes in that version, right? As such, older tricks like these should still work.

Holy crap! You know how long I spent trying the other way to do this? (Okay, it's probably only been at most 20 minutes...) And using your way, I got it immediately! Thanks for the tip.

@copycatzero You're welcome. Glad i could help ^_^ It's fun though how this game is riddled with glitches and tricks for sequence breaking. I love to have that in metroid(vania)-like games. It gives advanced players the ability to explore with more freedom, yet allows beginners to just follow the lines if they want to.

@neobullseye1 I had read on a website called Chapel of Resonance that version of the game had some glitches fixed. I do not know for certain if any changes had been made to the way this spell fusion works. I have the original cartridge, only.
