No one knows for sure what transpired when German physicist Werner Heisenberg met with his Danish counterpart, Niels Bohr in Copenhagen, 1941. But the event became the stuff of modern scientific mythology.

  • Where can I find this movie?

  • The nit-picking is disappointing.

"Copenhagen" was both critically acclaimed and a commercial success.

This film has substantial cuts compared to the play to fit a TV running time, and the voice-over is to some extent a linking device.

I believe the "cheap route" screenplay is by the author.

And this is fictionalised. Factual details will sometimes be elided,if not discarded for effect.

Regardless, this is literate and numerate drama of a very high order.

  • "Skiing? In Denmark?" :)

Great acting and dialog. Such portrayal of tension; wonderfully wrought.

  • Hermosa pelicula donde la fisica es bien interpretada por nuestras emociones.

  • Weird.....the actor of Bohr looks younger than Heisenberg in this version...

  • you guys are lucky. that you dont live in Copenhagen. because its really boring here.

  • Fine acting, but the actor playing Niels Bohr doesn't look much like him. And the famous conversation between Heisenberg and Bohr that caused a rupture, took place during a walk in a park.

  • Poor execution here. The voice-over interupts the scene. I really dis-like voice-overs. It's a sign that the writer of the screenplay is taking the cheap route.

  • Excellent so well done the acting and the atmosphere (good Direction indeed)

could someone post the complete film (by bits of course)

    Thanks for posting it!!

  • When can we have 2/2?

    Thanks
